Travel Moment acts as a travel agent and intermediary. We arrange and coordinate travel services, including but not limited to accommodation, flights, tours, and transportation ("Services"), which are provided by third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).

We are not the provider of these Services and are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

3. User Obligations

By using this Site, you warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation.
• You will use this Site in accordance with these Terms.
• All information supplied by you on this Site is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all foreign entry requirements. This includes possessing a valid passport, visa, and any required health certificates for all destinations.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing

Bookings: Submitting a booking inquiry does not constitute a confirmation. A booking is only confirmed after we receive the required deposit or full payment and send you a final confirmation invoice.

Pricing: Prices quoted are based on current rates at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or supplier price increases. No price is guaranteed until the booking is paid in full.

Payments: We require a deposit to secure a booking. Final payment dates will be specified on your booking invoice. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations, amendments, and requests for refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You are advised to read it carefully.

6. Third-Party Suppliers

All Services arranged by us are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Your contract for those Services will be with the supplier, and their own terms and conditions will apply to your booking. We are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of these suppliers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Travel Moment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, loss of baggage, delays, or other inconveniences caused by:

• The acts or omissions of any third-party supplier.
• Events of Force Majeure (as defined below).
• Any other cause beyond our direct control.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event"). This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, government restrictions, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
